Suarez will be welcomed back by Liverpool, insists Henderson

The Reds midfielder says there will be "no problems" among the squad should the forward end up staying at Anfield, indicating they must keep hold of him to achieve their goals.
The Liverpool squad will have no problems welcoming Luis Suarez back into the dressing room should the striker fail in his attempt to secure an exit from the club, according to Jordan Henderson.

The Uruguay international has made clear his desire to leave Anfield this summer - recently denying claims of a U-turn on his future - and has been the subject of two failed bids from Premier League rivals Arsenal.

Brendan Rodgers has forced the former Ajax front man to train alone after a perceived lack of respect shown to the club, but the midfielder insists his team-mates will be more than happy to see the wantaway remain on Merseyside this season.

“Of course we still want him to stay,” Henderson told reporters. “There will be no problems with the lads.

“We know he has been brilliant for us for the last few years and I’m sure if he stays he will carry on doing that and it will not affect his football one little bit.

“We all know how good he is as a player. To achieve what you want to achieve, you’ve got to keep your best players.

“If he stays and we can keep him, that would be brilliant news. His overall game is unbelievable, really."
